What is Krillion Unlimited

Krillion Unlimited is the version of Krillion with no daily cap: instead of one shared dive of seven prompts, you keep getting new prompts for as long as you want to play, and rarer valid answers still score more.

The name covers two things players search for. The first is the official Endless Dive at krillion.io, reachable from the “Unlimited ∞” button under the daily. It keeps the same deep-sea depth gauge as the daily, numbers each run (“Endless Dive #1”, “#2” and so on) and keeps a dive log of your results. The second is Rare Unlimited on crowdict.com, a Krillion-style mode built by a different team, which lets you choose a run of 10, 20 or endless prompts and pick a topic.

We embed the Crowdict version above because the Krillion site does not allow its game to be shown inside other pages. Both scratch the same itch: after the daily is gone, Krillion Unlimited gives you more rare-answer hunting for free.

How to play Krillion Unlimited

  1. Pick your version. Press Play above for the Krillion-style Rare Unlimited, or open the Krillion Endless Dive in a new tab.
  2. Choose a length (Crowdict version). Ten prompts takes about five minutes, twenty about ten, and endless runs until you stop. You can also limit prompts to one topic such as Music, Sports or Science & Nature.
  3. Answer each prompt before the timer runs out. Type one valid answer. Krillion Unlimited, like the daily, rewards answers few people would give.
  4. Read the reveal. You see how rare your answer was and the points it earned, and the depth or score bar moves.
  5. Start another run. There is no cap. Your daily dive and its streak are untouched.

Krillion Unlimited scoring

The official Endless Dive uses the same rule as the Krillion daily: obvious answers float, uncommon valid answers sink you deeper, and every point is 10 metres of depth. Because there is no fixed end, your score is about how deep you can keep going rather than a fixed 700-point maximum.

Crowdict’s Rare Unlimited publishes exact numbers. Each accepted answer lands in one of five bands, and later questions are multiplied:

Band (Rare scoring)Base pointsWhat it means
Lone Wolf100The hand-picked rarest valid answers
Hidden Gem75Very uncommon
Uncommon50Off the beaten path
Common25A fair share of players say it
Too Popular10One of the five most popular answers

Multipliers run ×1 for questions 1–2, ×2 for 3–5, ×3 for 6–8 and ×4 for 9–10, and the pattern repeats every ten questions in unlimited runs. A pass or timeout is worth zero. So in Krillion Unlimited a Lone Wolf on question 9 is worth 400 points, four times the same answer on question 1.

The daily is the shared event, the thing you post in the group chat. Krillion Unlimited is the training ground. Because its prompts are random, it is less useful for bragging and more useful for learning which categories hide good rare answers. Tips to score higher in Krillion Unlimited

  1. Use the topic filter to drill weak spots. If geography prompts always catch you out, run twenty Geography prompts in a row in Krillion Unlimited until you have a stock of rare countries and capitals.
  2. Save your best effort for questions 9 and 10. With a ×4 multiplier, the last two prompts of each ten are worth as much as the first eight combined at ×1. Take an extra second there.
  3. Write down the answers that scored big. Rare answers that score once tend to score again, because the pool repeats over time. A short notes file of your own Lone Wolves is a real advantage.
  4. Learn the “too popular” list. After each reveal, note which answers landed in the lowest band. Those are the decoys you will be tempted by again.
  5. Do not chase made-up answers. An answer must be valid to score. A real but modest deep cut beats a guess the game rejects.

FAQ

Is Krillion Unlimited free?

Yes. The Endless Dive on krillion.io and the Krillion-style Rare Unlimited mode on crowdict.com are both free in the browser. Neither needs an account to start.

Does Krillion Unlimited affect my daily score or streak?

No. Unlimited runs are separate from the daily dive. You can finish the daily first and then play as many unlimited rounds as you like without changing your daily result.

Are Krillion Unlimited prompts the same as the daily?

No. Unlimited draws prompts from a larger pool rather than the seven shared daily prompts, so you will see questions you have not met in the daily, and occasionally ones you have.

Which unlimited mode is embedded on this page?

The playable box on this page loads Crowdict’s Rare Unlimited, a Krillion-style mode that allows embedding. The original Krillion Endless Dive only runs on krillion.io, so we link to it instead.

How long is a Krillion Unlimited run?

On Crowdict’s Rare Unlimited you choose 10, 20 or endless prompts, with 30 seconds each. The Krillion Endless Dive keeps going dive after dive until you stop.

Is Krillion Unlimited good practice for the daily?

Yes. The thinking is identical: skip the obvious, avoid the “too clever” pick and find a valid deep cut. Playing unlimited rounds is the fastest way to build a mental list of rare answers by category.
